Parent Workshop - The Well Being Project at CENTER

“HOW do I TALK to my kid when they get like this?!”
“Why is our relationship so strained and tense sometimes?”

Rupture and Repair: Cultivating Healthy Relationships

Join the LIVE ONLINE EVENT
Tuesday, September 14th from 12:00-1:00 pm
OR Sign Up to Receive a Recording of the Live Event!

The Well-Being Project at CENTER grew out of my desire to share information and resources much more widely and at a low cost – to make mental health and well-being a continuous part of the conversation in our communities. These parent workshops will be offered monthly. Tickets are $25 and include access to the live and/or recorded event and a slew of resources that are sent out as a follow up.

While I and the team at CENTER continue to see individuals and families and provide all our specialized services, this is a mission that is close to my heart! I hope this is helpful. Let me know if you have any questions! Robin (our administrative and wellness coordinator) can assist families with registration or answer their questions.

Join the team at CENTER as we:
• Discover the “Why”
• Learn the dynamics of rupture and repair
• Recognize harmful patterns of communication
• Take a personal inventory of the most important relationships in your life
• Learn practices to cultivate greater well-being
