The WELL BEING Project

Our Mission

The mission of the Well-Being Project at CENTER is to offer low-cost or no-cost mental health education, tools and strategies to support everyday well-being and strengthen our community. We empower parents and caregivers to nurture the well-being of children, adults, and families through a whole-health, integrative approach grounded in presence, compassion, kindness, and hope.

Workshops are for educational purposes only and are not a substitute for therapy or medical care.
